Jura peated single malt or Chateau Neuf du Pape.

I'm a pig with it though. Buy one on payday and do the wine in an hour or the whisky in a weekend then sulk that I wasted it.

I enjoy a good single malt (or the odd blended). I enjoy a nice vodka with ice.

Have to bump it & might be due some Zoltaneering pts here.
When I stayed in Mount Juliet for a wk the guy in the bar recommended a Locke's 8yo instead of the Jameson 18yo I ordered. It was flipping fantastic. Don't know where I was but picked up a bottle of Locke's recently (@ my age "recently" usually means in the last 8-6 yrs but think it was June). Opened it tonight & it's astonishingly good.

So tonight the answer is 8yo Locke's (an Irish whiskey).

Re: What's your favourite drink? (excluding beer)
If we're talking alcoholic drinks then at the moment it's a good single malt, no ice, no water. Red wine is a close second.

For non-alcoholic drinks it'd be cider or a hoppy bitter.

Anything under 6% is technically water.

Larger normally but Argentinian Malbec, and South African Pinotage are a couple of great reds

Had a 12yo Auchentoshan recently & that was outstanding. Usually go for 18yo Laphroaig or 18yo Jameson.

A few peronis or Stella's in the pub london lager is a nice pint also.a few strongbows if the weathers good.
A nice red on a Sunday with a roast.
The only spirit I enjoy is a gin and tonic, gentlemans measure with loads of ice and lemon.
Christmas time I always have a fortnight off work and love a good cognac.
